Lighter burning method. Burning is the most direct method. When pure nylon is burned, it has a blue-yellow flame on a white background, with no unpleasant odor, which can determine that the abrasive nylon brush is made of pure nylon bristles.
Tensile strength test method. The bundle of bristles should have a tensile force greater than 6kg. Only when the bristles do not fall off can the service life of the strip brush be ensured.
Surface observation method. Carefully observe if the brush is uneven in thickness, if there is any light leakage, if the gloss of the bristles is consistent, and if there are any rust spots on the surface of the metal base. These factors directly affect the efficacy of the brush and are not indicative of high-quality strip brushes.
