Distinguish the Types and Uses of Industrial Brushes from the Manufacturing Process

Industrial brushes are new products that are upgraded and improved on the basis of civilian brushes, and are mainly used for cleaning, dust removal, polishing, etc. in the process of industrial production.

1. Horse nailing machine planting brush for industrial brushes

The most traditional brush-making process, after punching holes on the surface of the brush roller or brush plate, use a horse nail tufting machine to implant the bristles into the brush roller or brush plate one by one. The brush products produced by this process are applied First, the cost is relativly low. As a consumable brush, the cost must be considered. However, the brush roller made of horse-nail hair-planting has several disadvantages: first, the density is not enough, because there must be a certain distance between each hole of the punching-hole hair-planting, if there is a distance, the high-density effect cannot be planted, and in some special When the industry requires high-density brush rollers to work, the brush rollers of this horse nail machine cannot be used; the second is that the bonding force of the brush wires is not fast enough. The so-called horse nail hair planting method uses iron wires to be pressed into a "U" ""-shaped buckle, which is used to fasten the brush wire and implant it into the punched hole. The "U"-shaped buckle crosses in the hole and then extends into the hole to lock firmly, so that the brush wire is combined with the roller shaft, but the pulling force is limited. Yes, this process is not ideal for brush rollers that require high-speed operations in some special industries.

2. Spring brushes for industrial brushes

The brush roller made of spring industrial brush technology solves the problems of high density and strong fastness. When manufacturing, the bristles are pressed into the aluminum strip or stainless steel strip by a steel wire to make a strip brush through the strip brush equipment, and then wound on On the roller shaft, the two ends are welded firmly by argon arc welding. In some special industrial production, it is also necessary to make a spring brush with a certain gap, because special effects such as dust removal must be considered.

3. Tablet brush for industrial brushes

It is to arrange the brush filaments closely together, and then put them into a specific mold and use a steel sheet to make a piece of brush wheel through a punching machine. When making a brush roller, multiple pieces of brush wheels can be connected in series and fixed on the roller shaft. The brush filament density of the brush made by this process can be the highest, but the disadvantage is that the cost is high and the production efficiency is slow.

4. Injection molding brushes for industrial brushes

It is to arrange the brush filaments into a special mold, and then use injection molding to fuse the brush filaments and the brush plate to form a whole. The advantage of this process is that the bristles of industrial brushes have high binding force because they have been integrated with the brush plate. At present, the sweeping brush of sanitation vehicles is made by this process.
